Angel Super Turbo Yeast is made of a specifically selected alcohol yeast strain with a distinct blend of minerals, vitamins, and nutrients for use in sugar fermentations and for optimal performance under most conditions. It is a yeast and nutrient pack designed to produce high alcohol levels at a high fermentation speed. Ideal for fermentations with alcohol concentrations between 13-18% and starting sugar concentrations between 240-320g/L. The Turbo Yeast can be added directly or after rehydration. Dose at 3-8g/L; optimize to individual distillery production processes and substrates. Angel Super Turbo Yeast displays good temperature tolerance and performs well from 24° C up to 33 °C.
