VARIOBLOC The fully automatic VARIOBLOC takes all of the elements of a complete modular Keg line and combines them into an integrated Monobloc design, sized to fit into a standard sea container. Capable of processing 60-100 kegs/hr, the VARIOBLOC incorporates external washing, internal washing and filling into a compact footprint, with limited need for additional peripheral equipment. External Cleaners Malek Brautech external cleaners for kegs are based upon a modular design and are made in line with your requirements in regards to configuration and capacity. We have the right systems ready for you in every capacity class, regardless of whether you are looking to remove labels, ink labelling or stubborn dirt. Configuration of your machines is individualized with different cleaning zones, high-pressure units, brush stations, automatic or manual dirt removal and much more. We would also be happy to realise custom solutions for you, such as surface sealing of PU kegs. CAN-DO The Malek CAN-DO is a Monobloc, volumetric, counter pressure canning line capable of producing 1000-3000 cans/hr. CAN-DO can be configured with 2, 4 or 6 filling heads and the 2 and 4 head variations are able to be expanded to 6 heads to accommodate future growth. The volumetric, counter pressure filling process ensures that you fill the right amount of beer, every time, with incredibly minimal dissolved oxygen pick-up.
