5 different levels of bentonite treatment are evaluated to determine the dose rate needed to achieve your desired clarity. Tartaric acid is added to wine to achieve the desired pH or TA. Samples can be picked up for tasting after adjustment. Calcium carbonate is added to wine to achieve the desired pH or TA. Samples can be picked up for tasting after adjustment.
