Gusmer is proud to partner with Arôbois to offer the Arôneo range of French oak products. • Four distinct profiles in terms of structure, mouthfeel, color, flavor, and aroma • High quality French oak delivers reliable and consistent results from batch to batch • Made from new, cask-grade oak from the heartwood of the oak tree that meets cooperage quality standards • A larger surface area in contact with wine reduces maturation time compared to traditional barrel aging

• Predominantly a nutty, almond contribution • Vanilla, spice and a hint of smoke provide balance and complexity • The medium toast profile lends tannin to fermentation, adds complexity and aromatics in aging while also contributing structure and can be used for touching up finished wines
Arôbois has developed a range of oak blocks, “Blocks 47” produced from the highest quality French oak. The wood is of cooperage grade, with natural seasoning and maturation carried out in the open air for a period exceeding four years. Available in Balance and Intense.
